Crystal Cook

Crystal grew up in the Lower Mainland and moved to Victoria in 2006 for post-secondary school. After completing her undergraduate degree (majoring in psychology) she earned her law degree from the University of Victoria. During law school, she participated in several legal information clinics providing business, environmental and general legal information on a pro bono basis.

After articling at a boutique business and securities law firm in Vancouver, Crystal was called to the British Columbia bar in September, 2017. In the same year, she returned to the island where she expanded her practice areas to cover estate planning, estate administration and conveyancing. She has also practiced in the Peace Region of northern BC.

Crystal joined Swift Datoo in early 2025 and offers legal services in the areas of business law, real estate, wills and estates. In her practice, Crystal prioritizes providing clients with the information they need to understand their legal position, make informed decisions and implement practical solutions.

Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys spending time in nature with her partner, poring over old genealogical records, curling, bikepacking and gaming.
